This Privacy Policy explains how Pornest.com handles information when you browse the directory, use its features, follow links, or contact us.

This Policy is an information notice, not a waiver of your rights. Continuing to browse, accepting the Terms of Service, or confirming adulthood does not replace any separate consent required by applicable law.
2. INFORMATION PROCESSED
Technical information
Our website, hosting, and network infrastructure process technical information needed to receive, deliver, and protect requests. This may include IP addresses, request times, requested URLs, browser and device information, language settings, security headers, response information, and referring information when supplied.
Preferences and age confirmation
We use information about language, theme, viewing mode, carousel visibility, and relevant privacy choices. Screenshot access uses a technical record of age confirmation. That confirmation is a self-declaration, not independent verification of identity or age.
Favorites and likes
Your personal favorites list is stored locally in your browser. Opening or filtering My Favorites sends relevant listing identifiers to our server to retrieve matching active websites.
Like and favorite actions also create server-side records associated with a pseudonymous visitor identifier. These records support interaction states, counting, and abuse prevention. They are separate from your browser’s favorites list.
Outbound clicks
We maintain outgoing-click totals and temporary anti-abuse information. Individual requests may also appear in application, hosting, or network logs.
Messages and reports
When you contact [email protected], we receive your email address, message, attachments, and other information you provide. Please avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information.
The absence of a visitor account does not mean that every record is anonymous. Pseudonymous identifiers and hashes reduce direct identification but do not guarantee anonymity.
3. PURPOSES AND LEGAL BASES
We use information to deliver the website, provide requested preferences and favorites, retrieve listings, manage screenshot access, record interactions, prevent duplicate counting and abuse, protect administrative access, diagnose faults, respond to messages, and comply with legal obligations.
Where applicable data-protection law requires a lawful basis, information necessary to provide an agreed feature is processed for that purpose. Proportionate security, fraud prevention, troubleshooting, and service administration rely on legitimate interests where those interests are not overridden by your rights. Processing required by law relies on the relevant legal obligation.
Consent is required where applicable law requires it for optional advertising, tracking, device storage, or another activity. Legitimate interests do not replace a separate consent requirement.
Interactions with adult-oriented listings may reveal sensitive interests. Where such information receives additional legal protection, its processing requires an additional lawful condition, including separate explicit consent where required. This Policy and the age-confirmation prompt do not provide that consent.
4. COOKIES AND LOCAL BROWSER STORAGE
Language preferences may be remembered in a first-party cookie for up to one year.
Viewing-mode preferences use session storage in a cookie. Screenshot access also requires valid age confirmation.
Age confirmation uses a signed session cookie accepted for no more than 12 hours.
Outgoing-click protection uses a short-lived visitor cookie, configured for up to 24 hours, together with temporary anti-abuse information.
Like and favorite recognition uses a signed pseudonymous cookie configured for up to 365 days.
Favorites, theme preferences, and carousel visibility are stored locally without an application-set expiration date. They may remain until you remove them, clear the website’s stored data, or your browser removes them.
Advertising choices may be remembered for up to 180 days, subject to a new choice or a change requiring renewed permission.
Administrative and installation pages use additional session and form-protection storage.
These are application-configured periods. Browsers may delete storage sooner, restrict storage, or restore session cookies. Cookie expiration does not necessarily delete corresponding server records immediately.
Clearing cached images and files alone does not necessarily clear cookies or local storage. Clearing all website data can remove your favorites and preferences.
5. SERVICE PROVIDERS, DISCLOSURES, AND SECURITY
Pornest.com uses Hostinger for hosting and Cloudflare for configured network delivery, security, anti-bot protection, and administrator-requested screenshot services. Email providers process correspondence sent to and from [email protected].
These providers may receive technical information or other information necessary for the services they provide. Application records and provider-controlled logs may have different contents and retention arrangements.
We may disclose relevant information where lawfully necessary to comply with a legal obligation or valid legal request, investigate abuse or security incidents, protect rights and safety, or establish or defend legal claims.
Providers may process information outside your country. Where international-transfer restrictions apply, relevant transfers require a recognized legal mechanism and any necessary safeguards. Contact [email protected] for information about arrangements applicable to your information.
We use safeguards intended to protect information. No website, transmission method, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. This statement does not waive legal obligations concerning security, incident response, or required notifications.
6. OPTIONAL ADVERTISING AND EXTERNAL LINKS
When optional third-party advertising is enabled, the application waits for your affirmative choice through the Privacy choices control before loading the optional advertising code.
You can decline or change that choice. Withdrawing permission stops subsequent optional advertising loads through the application; it does not automatically erase information already received by an advertising provider.
Once advertising is loaded, the relevant provider may receive your IP address, browser information, advertisement requests, and interactions, and may use cookies or similar technologies according to the permissions and legal requirements that apply.
Provider-specific information and any additional choices required for an advertising service must accompany that service. Contact [email protected] with questions about advertising used on Pornest.com.
Following an ordinary, sponsored, or affiliate link sends a request to the destination and any intermediary involved. Those services may receive technical information and process it under their own notices.
Consent to optional advertising is separate from choosing to follow an external link. Pornest.com remains responsible for processing or disclosures for which it is legally responsible.
7. RETENTION
Local favorites and preferences remain subject to the storage behavior described above. They are not backed up to a visitor account or automatically synchronized between devices.
Server-side like and favorite records become eligible for application cleanup after approximately 400 days without an update. Deletion occurs through maintenance and is not guaranteed at the exact expiration time. Aggregate totals may remain after the underlying deduplication records are removed.
Temporary rate-limit and anti-abuse records expire according to their purpose and are removed during subsequent checks or maintenance.
Messages, technical logs, and related records are retained according to the purpose for which they were collected, the time needed to address errors or reports, security needs, and applicable legal obligations. Records relevant to a specific dispute or investigation may be retained while necessary for that matter.
Provider logs and backup copies may have separate deletion cycles. Cookie expiration or browser-data deletion does not automatically remove every related server or backup record.
8. YOUR CHOICES AND RIGHTS
You can change display preferences, hide the carousel, remove favorites, and use the website’s control to hide screenshots and clear age confirmation.
Removing a favorite through the website normally requests a corresponding server-side interaction change. Clearing browser data alone does not notify the server or reverse historical counts. Failed requests may also cause local favorites and aggregate totals to differ.
Browser settings can restrict cookies and local storage. This may limit favorites, age confirmation, remembered preferences, and interaction features. People with access to your device may be able to view locally stored information.
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or obtain a portable copy of personal information; object to certain processing; withdraw consent; or exercise applicable opt-out rights. You may also complain to a competent data-protection authority.
Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing undertaken before withdrawal.

Because there is no visitor account, an email address alone may not identify browser-linked records. If a relevant identifier has been lost, some records may not be identifiable as yours. That limitation does not prevent requests concerning other identifiable information, such as messages you have sent us.
We will explain relevant limitations. Do not send passwords, secret keys, complete authentication-cookie values, or unnecessary identity documents.
9. MINORS
Pornest.com is intended only for individuals who are at least 18 years old and meet any higher applicable age requirement for accessing adult-oriented material.
Anyone who does not meet that requirement must not use the service or submit information.
If you believe a minor has provided information or used an interactive feature, contact [email protected]. We will assess the report and take appropriate action in accordance with applicable law.
10. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may revise this Policy when the service, information practices, or legal requirements change.
Revisions will be published on this page. Additional notice and renewed consent will be provided where required.
Publishing a revised Policy, continuing to browse, or accepting the Terms of Service does not by itself authorize processing that requires separate consent.
You may stop using Pornest.com at any time. Doing so does not remove rights concerning information already processed.
