1. ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Pornest.com, including its directory, listings, screenshots, external links, advertisements, favorites, likes, and related features.
In these Terms, “Pornest.com,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to this website and those responsible for its operation, as the context requires.
IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, PLEASE LEAVE PORNEST.COM AND STOP USING THE SERVICE. BY CONTINUING TO ACCESS OR USE PORNEST.COM AFTER RECEIVING NOTICE OF THESE TERMS AND AN OPPORTUNITY TO REVIEW THEM, YOU ACCEPT THESE TERMS TO THE EXTENT RECOGNIZED BY APPLICABLE LAW.
Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled. Acceptance of these Terms does not constitute consent to optional advertising, tracking, or other processing that requires separate consent.
2. ADULTS ONLY AND LAWFUL ACCESS
Pornest.com is intended exclusively for individuals who are at least 18 years old and meet any higher minimum age legally required to access adult-oriented material in their location.
Do not use the website if you do not meet these requirements or if access is unlawful where you are.
The directory may display previews of and links to adult-oriented websites. Logo-only display does not make the service suitable for minors. An age-confirmation prompt records a self-declaration; it is not independent verification of identity or age.
You must provide truthful confirmations, comply with laws applicable to your use, and refrain from bypassing access restrictions.
3. FREE DIRECTORY AND EXTERNAL WEBSITES
Pornest.com provides a free directory of independently operated websites. We do not become the owner, operator, seller, payment processor, or guarantor of an external website merely by including it in the directory.
Listings, logos, screenshots, classifications, language labels, and rankings are provided for reference. Their inclusion does not certify a website’s legality, safety, authenticity, quality, availability, or suitability.
Screenshots show an earlier appearance and may not reflect a website’s current content. External websites may change their ownership, content, prices, security, or terms without our knowledge.
External links may contain referral parameters or pass through affiliate and redirection services. Pornest.com may receive compensation from advertising or qualifying referrals. Commercial arrangements may affect promotional placement.
Registrations, payments, subscriptions, downloads, and other dealings with external websites are between you and the relevant third party. Check the destination and its terms before proceeding. We do not undertake to process third-party refunds, resolve external billing disputes, or guarantee third-party performance.
A listing is not a guarantee that an external website is free from malware, fraud, misleading information, or privacy risks.
4. WEBSITE MANAGEMENT AND EDITORIAL CONTROL
Subject to applicable law, Pornest.com retains control over its editorial and operational decisions, including which websites appear, how they are categorized, and how listings and features are presented.
We may add, edit, reorder, restrict, or remove listings and change features for editorial, technical, security, legal, or operational reasons. We may restrict access in response to suspected abuse, unauthorized activity, or risks to the service.
No listing, placement, feature, or access arrangement is guaranteed to remain available indefinitely. We may suspend or discontinue parts of the free service, subject to any notice or other requirements imposed by law.
Editorial decisions do not determine legal disputes or limit rights available through a competent court, regulator, or other legally recognized process.
5. FAVORITES, INTERACTIONS, AND RANKINGS
Favorites are a browser-based convenience feature. Pornest.com does not provide a visitor membership account, guaranteed backup, or cross-device synchronization.
Favorites may be lost or become unavailable because of browser-data deletion, private browsing, device changes, storage restrictions, technical problems, or removal of a listing. Keep a separate record of links you consider important.
Click, like, and favorite totals are approximate interaction indicators, not independently audited statistics, verified unique-person counts, or guarantees of popularity or quality.
Administrators may correct or overwrite click and like totals. Subsequent qualifying interactions may increase or decrease the relevant totals. Rankings based on these figures should not be treated as independent measurements.
Duplicate filtering, anti-abuse controls, shared networks, and failed requests may affect counting. We do not guarantee that every interaction will be counted or that a particular total or ranking will be preserved.
6. ACCEPTABLE USE
You must not use Pornest.com for unlawful activity, exploitation, abuse, infringement of another person’s rights, impersonation, distribution of malicious software, or knowingly false reports.
You must not attempt unauthorized access, bypass security or age restrictions, interfere with availability, or manipulate clicks, likes, favorites, or rankings through automated, deceptive, or abusive activity.
Automated extraction or requests that circumvent restrictions or materially burden the service are prohibited without authorization, subject to rights expressly preserved by applicable law.
Good-faith reports of security issues or unlawful material may be sent to [email protected]. Do not exploit a vulnerability, access another person’s information, or attach illegal material to a report.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND RIGHTS COMPLAINTS
Rights in Pornest.com’s original branding, design, software, and compilation are reserved by their respective owners. Third-party names, logos, screenshots, and other materials remain subject to the rights of their respective owners.
Displaying third-party material does not transfer ownership or imply affiliation. Nothing in these Terms removes uses permitted by applicable intellectual-property law.
For copyright, trademark, privacy, or other rights complaints, email [email protected]. Identify the relevant listing or material, provide its location, explain the concern and your authority or interest, and include sufficient contact information for a response.
We may request further information reasonably necessary to assess a report and take appropriate action. Do not send passwords, unnecessary identity documents, or illegal images. This contact procedure does not restrict any statutory reporting process or legal remedy.
8. NO ADDITIONAL WARRANTIES
PORNEST.COM IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE PROVIDE NO ADDITIONAL EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, SECURITY, OR CONTINUOUS AVAILABILITY.
We do not promise uninterrupted operation, error-free content, permanent storage of favorites, continued availability of particular listings, or successful results from using an external website.
This section does not exclude standards, guarantees, or obligations that applicable law requires us to provide.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
SUBJECT TO THE MANDATORY RIGHTS PRESERVED BELOW, PORNEST.COM DOES NOT ACCEPT LIABILITY FOR LOSSES CAUSED SOLELY BY INDEPENDENT THIRD-PARTY CONDUCT, YOUR MISUSE OF THE SERVICE, OR EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR REASONABLE CONTROL THAT REASONABLE PRECAUTIONS COULD NOT PREVENT.
This includes, where those conditions apply, external transactions and subscriptions, changes to third-party content, losses caused by clearing your own browser data, and failures of services outside our control.
TO THE EXTENT LAWFULLY EXCLUDABLE, PORNEST.COM ALSO EXCLUDES LIABILITY FOR INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL LOSS AND BUSINESS LOSSES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, OR GOODWILL ARISING FROM USE OF THE FREE DIRECTORY.
You decide whether to rely on a listing or visit an external website and should make your own checks before providing information, downloading material, or spending money.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable liability for willful misconduct or gross negligence. Mandatory consumer and data-protection rights remain unaffected.
These exclusions do not remove responsibility where applicable law makes Pornest.com responsible. Providing the service without charge does not alter that limitation.
10. CHANGES AND GENERAL PROVISIONS
We may revise these Terms to reflect changes to the service, security measures, operating requirements, or applicable law. Revised Terms will be published on this page, with additional notice or agreement where legally required.
If you do not agree to a revision, stop using the service. Continued use after a revision becomes applicable constitutes acceptance only to the extent recognized by applicable law.
Revisions do not retrospectively remove rights that have already accrued. Nothing in these Terms prevents you from exercising a mandatory legal right or bringing a matter before a competent court or regulator.
If a provision cannot lawfully be enforced, it will not apply to the prohibited extent. The remaining provisions continue insofar as legally possible. Failure to enforce a provision on one occasion does not permanently waive it.
